>All sales are final, please understand this before you bid or buy from me. Our items are either new or used and are noted in the descriptions. We describe our items to the best of our ability, even stating the flaws on used items. Anything missed is absolutely unintentional.

>I will not refund your money if you change your mind or no longer like this item.

Exception:

>If your item arrives faulty or significantly not as described in my listing, please email me with your concern and if I agree with the fault, I will happily refund your money excluding the postage and 20% (restocking charges) shipping and handling are non-refundable.

>I will not refund your money for additional postage costs that you incur when returning the item.

>All refunds are only granted when item has been received by us within 10 days of item being received by you and remains in its original condition as sent including the box and all accessories.

>We stand behind our products (NEW OR USED) we sell.

>Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.

>NO refunds will be issued for items damaged in the mail. (See Insurance)


SHIPPING:

>We ship with USPS (Priority, 2-3 day delivery up to 70 lbs) to lower 48 States. Handling fee is $2.00 and will be noted on invoice.

>We ship within 3 days after payment has been received, Monday - Friday / rain or shine, excluding Holidays. If payment is made after noon your item will be shipped the following day. if the payment is received before noon; the item will be shipped the same day.

>If paying with Cashier's Check or Money Order this will delay the shipping. These items have to clear my bank before shipment.

>We reserve the right to use any shipping firms at our discretion (with no exceptions). If you want to use other special shipper we will establish new shipping charges. Contact us immediately if you want a different shipper.

>This item will be shipped in a new box (we don't use recycled boxes).

INSURANCE:

>INSURANCE IS REQUIRED ON EVERY ITEM! THIS IS TO PROTECT THE BUYER, THE ITEM and MYSELF DURING THE TRANSITION PERIOD.

>I am not responsible for what happens to the package once it leaves my hands. Our responsibility finishes when we ship the
item(s).
